Tender For “Comprehensive Support Services For Rtgs / Neft/ Ccil / E-Kuber / Nds Call Support for RTGS SFMS. NEFT, NDS Applications, E-Kuber, CCIL NDS call Application & to the Bank during the RTGS/NEFT timings and working days. b) Up-gradation to SFMS new version 7.0.1 & above version as and when made mandatory c) Support for Server Operating System MS Windows 16 and above version d) Installation, Reinstallation and Configuration of MS Windows 16 standard edition and above version with domain controller and additional domain controller. e) Installation, Reinstallation & Configuration of MS Windows 8/10 and above version on 5 desktops. f) Support for IBM Web sphere MQ series 64 bit Server and above on each of the servers at Head Office and DR and installation, reinstallation in case of hardware or OS failure. g) Support for Queue Managers, Channels and creation of Queues as and when required. h) Bidder is expected to provide required support resource with adequate expertise in Oracle and Web sphere MQ to ensure satisfactory support for application(NGRTGS/NEFT/SFMS and NDS-OM), E-Kuber and CCIL Applications i) Maintenance of NGRTGS ,SFMS MI Application, NDS-OM Application and CCIL NDS Call Application at Head Office and at DR Site and successful running of the software from Primary and DR Site. j) Support for NGRTGS, NEFT, NDS-OM, NDS CALL, E-Kuber and CCIL Applications and DR drill conducted by RBI. k) Installation of latest Service Packs and/or OS Patches /Oracle updated/IBM web sphere updates to run the NGRTGS/NEFT/NDS-OM/CCIL Application on the servers. l) Installation of patches received from IDRBT for NGRTGS/NEFT/NDS-OM/NDS call/EKuber/ CCIL Application on the servers. m) Any drivers/driver software required for smooth commissioning should be installed. n) Support and up gradation if require for interface between SFMS to Banks CBS. o) The bidder has to give support for all upgrades of all the software like OS / database/ IBM Web Sphere/Firewall whenever required.
