The Colour Of The Synthetic Track Must Be Terra Cota Iaaf Approved. The Athletic Track Surface To Be Spike Resistant, Multi Layers, Multi Component Rubber, Epdm, Polymer Resin System Formed In Situ By Machine. , Item No.1 :-Contd......... The Each Independent Layer Shall Comprise Of Uv Stabilized Polyurethane Applied At The Rate Of Note Less Than 2.3 Kg/M2 And Broad Crusted Black Rubber Granules 5Br Of Size 1 Mm To 3.5Mm @3.50 Kg/M2 With Rubber Granules Embedded Thoroughly Each Layer Subsequently Shall Be Cured For 24 Hours And Next Layer Will Be Laid At The Coating Rate Of 2.5 Kg/M2 And Granules Rate Of 3.5Kg/M2. The Top Layer Of Synthetic Surface Should Have Terra Cotta Colour And Shall Comprise Of Formulated High Resilience Epdm Granules Of Size 1Mm To 3.5Mm Bound In Polyurethane Resins. The Final Coat Of Polyurethane Shall Be Applied At The Rate Of Not Less Than 3.3 Kg/M2. The Epdm Granules Shall Be Embedded With Full Pu Coating At The Rate Of 4Kg/M2 Covering Area. The Epdm Granules Shall Be Procured From Reputed Suppliers Who Can Demonstrate That The Product Is Uv Stabilized And Has Performance Of More Than 7 Years Is Similar Environment.
