Tender For Ward No. 51: Construction of CC road from Pramod Yadavs house to CC road and from CC road to Ram Ashishs house - Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be the from of regular pits not exceeding ½meter (20 ) in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm (80 ) layers,including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and including 1.5m(5 ) lift and 30m(100 ) lead. The earth form cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m (100 ) distance as directed by the E/I. As per SI No. 253 (With 2 km cartage) 2 GSB Grade-1Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material in widening portion and compacted thickness 10.00cm spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density. This work includes cost of all materials, labour, and hire charges of road roller, machinery, T&P etc complete. Complete work as per Technical Speicification Clause 401 and as per direction of E/I. 3 WBM G-3 - Providing and laying in compacted thickness 7.50cm spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity. This work includes cost of all materials, labour, and hire charges of road roller, machinery, T&P etc complete. Complete work as per Technical Speicification Clause 405 (3) and as per direction of E/I. 4 Supply and laying of 125 micron poythene sheet under the foundation (for anti salt peter treatment) or over sub-base to act as separation between sub-base and cone. Slab (for C.C.Road slab), including supply of all materials, labour, T&P required for proper completion of the work. NS 5 Laying C.C.Road slab consisting of 1:1.5:3 cement, coarse sand & approved 2cm gauge stone ballast, over prepared sub grade after its rectification & bringing it to proper camber & including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work, finished to required temples as directed byEngineer-in-charge but excluding cost of metal required for rectification of the sub grade. Take a slab length of 33 rft. and 4 in depth. As per SI NO 773(A) (Average thickness 15 cm) 6 Making and filling expansion and construction joints with Bitumin 40% asbestos 5% and coarse sand 55% including all in CC Road. 7 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be the from of regular pits not exceeding ½meter (20 ) in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm (80 ) layers,including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and including 1.5m(5 ) lift and 30m(100 ) lead. As per SI No. 253 (With 2 km cartage) 8 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5 fts) and lead upto 30m (100 fts) & including filling watering and ramming of excavation earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the space between the building and the earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30M (100 fts) from the foundation trenches etc. As per PWD SOR 251 9 Sand filling in plinth including supply of neccessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 km from the site of work and including watering dressing etc. Rate toinclude cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper comletion of the work. As per PWD SOR 255 10 Concrete with 4cm. Gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion for the work. As per PWD SOR 275 11 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge approved stone grit in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per PWD SOR 284(A) 12 Mild steel or reinfored for RCC work for proper completion of the work andincluding supply of steel its wastage.As per PWD SOR 504 13 Providing & fixing& sighnboard etc. complete.
