    Tender For Rebore Of India Mark-Ii Handpump In Old Ward In Nagar Nigam - Supply of 125 mm PVC pipe 22 kg 3 Supply of End cap 4 Supply & fixing MS clamp suitable to fit housing pipe including the cost nut and bolts of suitable size complete in all respect. 5 Slot Cutting work in 125 mm 22 kg PVC pipe. 6 Transpotation charges of ring machine at the work site 7 Drilling of bore 200 mm from ground level to 100 mtr in mix soil including all materials required T&P complete work.A) 0-30 8 B ) 30-100 above 9 Lowering of plain PVC assembly including sloted pipe PVC 125 mm 22 kg with T&P etc., complete work.A) 0-30 10 B) 30-100 above 11 Supply of gravel lal kuwan including pouring and packing in the annular space between the pipe assambly and the bore the gravel should be free from dust, dirt or the vegetable manner as per IS 4097/1967 with latest amendmend. (Rate including loading and unloading carriage from quarry site will be paid extra as actual) 12 Supply and filling of bentonite between bore and casing pipe. 13 Development & stabilizing of the tubewell air compressor of required capacity as directed by the engineer-in-chargeincluding cost of tools applinces and cunsumble to the saticfaction of engineer-in- charge capacity of air compressor 300 cfm at 250 PSI including T&P complete work with transpotation charges of compressure machine. 14 Excavation of pit for boring pupose & water arrangement for bore work including T&P complete work. 15 Water testing work. 16 Construction of Hand pump platform with labour, material T&P, etc, all complete. 17 Fitting of new part in hand pump such as cylinder, G.I Pipe, Connecting Rod or as per site condition & site in charge installation.
