Tender For Meerut Bagpat Road To Kithauli - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam Grading -2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and bromming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grade 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 2 Water Bound Macadam Grading - 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up to interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Techincal Specification Clause 405. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes (But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-2 on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc also including VAT, labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Technical Specificaton Clasue (502-I). 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade usingpressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Including supply of all Material Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes(But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
