Tender For Sardhana Julheda Road To Mehrmati Ganeshpur (Lokpirya School) Road - Water Bound Macadam Grading - 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100kN static rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up to interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III as per Techincal Specification Clause 405. Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes (But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing and applying primercoat with bitumen emulsion SS-2 on prepared granular surfaceusing bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.7 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503,including all material, labour, taxes but excluding GST 3 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade usingpressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Including supply of all Material Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes(But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Complete (excluding G.S.T)(si.253a) 7 Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm. wide. 11 cm. deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supplyof bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(si.765) 8 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface., mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, as perMORD specification 401 9 Construction ofun-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawingand Technical Specification Clause 1501
