Including supply of all Material, Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes (But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing and applying primercoat with bitumen emulsion SS-2 on prepared granular surfaceusing bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.7 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503,including all material, labour, taxes but excluding GST 3 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade usingpressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Including supply of all Material Labour, T&P etc also including labour cess, royalty and all other applicable Taxes(But excluding GST) required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Technical Specificaton Clasue(SI.NO. 503). 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 Bitumen required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling witha three wheele80-100kn static roller capacity,finished to required level and gradesto be followed by Type-C seal coat.
