Tender For Reconstruction Of Padri Coder Link Road - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregateof specifie size to water boundmacadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packingRolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 knin stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming screening material type B 11.2mm s/aggt to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required densityas per Technical Specification Clause 405 2 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion( Hincol) (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502. 3 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .Technical Specification Clause 503. 4 Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm Thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm Aggregates either using vg-10 penetration grade bitumenor emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared baseincluding mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat . 5 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type-C as per technical specification Clause 510. 6 Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from barrow pits with alift up to 1.50 m . transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.1 & 300.2with lead up to 1000 m.as per TS clause 301.5 . (In Patri work). 7 1st year- maintainance cost is Zero2nd year- maintainance cost - 0.75% on on boq cost (all type of work including labours, Materials, T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes.
