Tender For Reconstruction Work From Jehitpur Main Road To Dargah - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (45-63 mm)to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. WBM Grading-2 as per Technical specification Clause 405 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53mm)to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. WBM Gradeing-3as per Technical Specification Clause 405 4 Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead up to 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 5 Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick onedging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolliing as per Technical Specification Clause 412. 6 Construction ofun-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse an using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawingand Technical Specification Clause 1501. 7 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification Clause 502 8 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen usingpressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared non bituminous surface cleaned with hydrolic broomas per temechanical specificatiob clause 503. 9 Providing, Laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emuslion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Tehnical Specification Clause 508 10 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels , grade and cross fall using TypeC as per Technical Specification Clause 510 11 Supply & Fixing of Sign Board
