Double Jet Pelton Wheel Horizontal turbine. Weldingof eroded under water parts and thereafter grinding to achive the designed profile The work include replacement of oil & water seals of nozzle, deflector cylinder and water seals ,Replacement of Pressure Gauges, Replacement of Speedo meters,General overhauling of butterfly valves,Replacement of seals of the butterfly valves, repairing of shaft and the runnercasing by welding and grinding as required,replacement ofbearings,repairing of bearing housing etc required for proper working of the turbine. 3 Complete overhauling of 375 KVA alternator of Jyoti make. The work include dismantling of alternator from turbine, further dismantling of alternator,cleaning of stator,varnishing,heating,bactrol coating,overhauling of main rotor, varnishing , heating, replacement of bearings refitting & testing of Jyoti make 375KVA alternator 4 Repairing of Jyoti make AVR for proper functioning of auto and mannual mode. 5 Repairing and calibration of GE Fanuc make PLC based governer. The work includes replacement of card SI No.IC693AIG221, 8 Mhz ,Baud rate 19200 6 Complete overhauling of control & relay panel by replacement of itsdamaged & burnout parts and other related work including arrangement of skilled Technician & labour, special T&P etc. for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in-charge. 7 Complete overhauling of transformer feed powerpanel by replacement of its Damaged & burnout parts and other related work including arrangement of skilled Technician & Labour ,special T&P etc. for proper completion of the work completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in-charge. 8 Supply and fixing of speed sensor with speed sensor with speed switch. 9 Supply and fixing of position sensor of nozzle & Deflector with linear potentiometer (Resistor). 10 Supply and fixing of 3 phase 4 wire secure make energy meter with 0.2 class accuracy. 11 Overhauling of Air circuit breakers by replacement of its damaged & burnout parts for smooth operation of ACB. 12 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1000KVA,0.440/11KV, Copper wound step up transformer including transportation, cartage and insurance etc. for proper completion of the work. 13 Replacement of three number existing Oil circuit breakers(incoming, bus coupler and outgoing) by new VCB at 11KV switching station Jhulaghat. 14 Complete internal wiring of power house including supply and fixing of 70 Watt LED fittings including cost of material, labour and T&P etc required for 15 Painting of power house buildings,replacement of damage MS steet ,Door. including cost of material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.
