Annual Rental FeeThe Minimum reserve price put to the tender for operation and maintenance of the project is INR 21,00,000 per annum. GST shall be paid by the Concessionaire additionally as applicable rate. The bidder is required to quote its price above the minimum reserve price. In case, the price quoted by the bidder is found less than the minimum reserve price as mentioned above, their bid shall liable to be rejected and authority shall have the right to forfeit the EMD of such bidder.
