a) Bidders must quote financial offer against the offered space as per their choice and fulfilling eligibility criteria in terms of rate per sqm per month.

b) The offered kiosks spaces will `be allotted to successful bidders on as is where is basis.

c) The selection of the successful bidder will be done on H1 financial quote basis w.r.t. NMRC’s reserve price.

d) The license fee rate will be escalated @ 6% annually on compounding basis.

e) Area of Offered space at the above-mentioned metro stations is tentative and will be available on as is where is basis. Actual handed over space shall be final. All the development works must be executed strictly within handed over area. License Fee and other dues shall be charged for actual handed over area.

f) Bidders are expected to carry out survey of NMRC metro station premises with regard tosite verification & business potential to Kiosk set up independently at their own cost. NMRC shall provide necessary permission to the prospective bidder in this regard.
