| 2 | Loading, Shifting, Unloading of MDPE pipes issued by GGL as free issue material from GGL designated storeyard within Bengaluru GA limit but upto maximum 100 Km radius and stacking as per requirement at working site/contractor\"s stock yard. |
| 3 | The depth of trench should meet to ensure minimum 1000 mm cover from top of the pipeline to natural ground level at that location. |
| 4 | Trenching of the required width and depth in all kinds of soil, asphalt roads, concrete pavements/roads, all kind of pathways or laying of PE pipes of sizes 20 mm, 32mm, 63mm for maximum length upto 10m from saddle /tee connectivity at one end for connecting with the existing PE network and TF at the other end for GI pipe connectivity at the other end including crossing of MDPE pipes below the drains as required depending on the drain depth but not less than 1000 mm cover from drain bottom slab. |
| 5 | Alternatively, as per site conditions, if drain crossing from bolttom of the drain is not feasible with cover of 1000mm from drain bottom, then drain crossing can be carried out by supplying and provding GI sleeve (40 mm GI sleeve for 20 mm PE pipe, 50 mm GI sleeve for 32 mm PE Pipe, 100mm GI sleeve for 63mm PE pipe) across the drain width. | 6 | Flushing and Pneumatic testing at 6 Kg/cm2 or more up to 10 kg/cm2 (as asked by GGL/EIC) for four hours from Saddle tap off to Transition Fittings (TF) or from TF to PE pipe to tee joint excluding Tee as the case may be (In case of Tee, tee weld joints shall be golden joints) |
