| 1 | M&L for Developing tubewell by compressed air with minimum pressure of 10Kg/Sq cm to 30 Kg / Sqcm and minimum 450 CFM all as specified in IS 11189-1985, para 4.3 and directed at site. Note :- (i). Compressor, pump, pipe and other allied items shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.(ii). Draining shall be got approved by the GE. |
| 2 | M & L developing tube well by over pumping for tube well complete after development by compressor and water shall be used only after receipt of satisfactory test result forNEW RACE COURCE , HRDC , SULTANPUR,NEW CARIAPPA, AND SCV-III PUMP HOUSE. Note : Over pumping will be carried out by pumping the water at higher capacity i.e. not less than 50% above the yield of bore well. Cost of arranging pump and compressor is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. |
| 3 | Disconnection of submersible pump set of any size from existing system water supply & electrical and Taking out /Uplifting the Unserviceable/Serviceable pump set from deep borewell with disconnected fromlowering pipe line of any size with manual or suitable electric driven chain pully upto 240 ft depth reassembling after neccesary repair and re-lowering the pump set in same borewell re-connection of complete all as specified and directed.Note:- i) Repair of U/s pump set will be paid separately.(ii) All type of T/P required to complete the job will be arranged by contractor.(iii) Job will be done round -o-clock continued as per site requirement as directed by AGE.(iv) Delay in job will be charged on the basis of Rs. 500/- per hour.(v) Items required for motor connection such as PVC insulation tape, valcanised rubber / puncture tube etc will be provided by the contarctor to complete the work and rate as deemed to be quoted in unit rate no extra payment will be made to the contractor. |
| 4 | M&L Pea gravel of 2 mm to 4 mm size of approved quality as ordered to pack around the casing/slotted pipes in bore well in angular space betweenwell assembly and bore hole wall should be over minimum 15-18 cm and thoroughly washed before sorrounding in the well and treated, with suitable amount of sodium hexa-metaphosphate for 24 hrs before developing by compressed air complete all as specified and directed. |

| 6 | Chemical and bacteriological testing of WATER ,sample collectingfrom re-devoloped borewell&testing carried out fromautorized Govt laboratory to ensure potability of water complete along with certified reportall as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L Plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as copping of pole all as specified and directed |
| 9 | Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n.exe 30cm deep and averaging15 cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for MS black column pipe, 3 mtr long heavy duty, 100mm bore wall thickness 5.4mm, both end flanged with heavy duty MS flanged not less than 16mm screwed and welded inside and outside. The flange end making surface shall be made smooth including welding of 04 strip of 5.0mm thick 25mm wide and 50mm long covering pipe and both end flanged having 08 Nos predrilled hole not less than 16mm including rubber gasket, nut bolts and washer. Pipe should be duly painted with anti corrosive paint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | S&F two number of MS flat iron 150mm × 16mm thick size clamp for holding with 300mm bore housing pipe including casting of PCC block of size 1200mm × 1000mm × 1000mm in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including 150mm bore MS pipe two Nos each 1.5 meter long with cap plug and cap top for feeding pea gravel for bore well complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | S & F well cap of 300mm dia and 8mm thick size on top of the pipes with locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.Note :Contractor shall ensure to proper lock of well cap to avoid any casualty. |
| 13 | M&LforMS Work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section, straight portion, girders of any section.complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bar, shouldered and /or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, frame work of water tanks and similar work hung as gates including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts confirming to FE 290 Gde Fe 165foundation, filling and mass concrete etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed. |
