| 8 | Material and labour for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen grade VG-30 as a binder content by weight of total mix and grading of aggregates & design criteria as specified in SSR Part-I clause No 20.B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.2.11 and mix at hot mix plant, spread with mechanical paver rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber withvibratory power roller 8 to 12 tonne and all as specified in para 20.B.4 & sub para 20.B.4 of MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.Note: (i) For job mix formula design purpose binder shall be as described i.e. 5.5% for VG-30 grade bitumen.(ii) No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mixed is more than 5.5%.
