Providing of Rental WiFi Equipment Services for Hostel No. 3 and 4.a) Access Points (AP): An enterprise-class 802.11n access point featuring 4x4:3 MIMO, delivering up to 450 Mbps per radio and a total throughput of 900 Mbps (450 Mbps on 2.4 GHz + 450 Mbps on 5 GHz). AP can be powered via PoE (802.3af), PoE+ (802.3at), or an external power adapter.[An equivalent model or better can be quoted]

b) Wireless LAN controller (WLC): Wireless LAN Controller needs to be an enterprise-grade wireless controller designed to manage up to 400 access points and upto 2000 clients. It needs to consist of at least 8 Gigabit Ethernet ports with link aggregation for enhanced throughput and supports high availability with N+1 failover. It provides integrated RF security, rogue AP detection, and web-based management. WLC or additional devices should be able to provide user based authentication.[An equivalent model or better can be quoted]

c) Enterprise switch: It should be a Layer 3 enterprise switch available in 24- or 48-port Gigabit Ethernet models with optional PoE). It has a switching capacity of up to 32 Gbps. The switch supports static routing, IPv6, and advanced security features, making it suitable for campus and enterprise networks.Nos: At least 4 Nos (It can increase based on requirement, so price should be quoted per unit).[An equivalent model or better can be quoted]

d) fiber (6 core) to connect from the distribution switch to two buildings. It will be charged as per actuals. The vendor should provide compatible SFP transceivers (10G) to establish the connection from the existing network.Nos: As per actuals (price should be quoted per meter).
