Tender For Maintenance And Repair Work Of Coating Work From Village Dakara Pukhta To Bhawanipur - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m transporting to site spreading grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 mas per technical specification clause 301.5 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mmsizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 4 Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class bricks 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mudmortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to required template and proper alignment and also incluing dressing and raming the excavated earth as directed by engineer in charge. s.i.no 765 5 Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS0-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. 6 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using presser distributor at the rate of0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 7 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type as per Technical Specification Clause 508) 8 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. 9 Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub- grade with brick on edging according to lines, graded and cross- section shown on the drawing 10 Supplying and fixing of Informatary stone including cost of its frame, Labour , material etc comp.
