Repairing Of Different Electro Mechanical Equipments At Clear Water Booster Pumping Station Under South Dumdum Municipality.-1 Charges for Expert Electrical personnel for fault finding & to detect the exart cause with megger, continuation of curcuit check etc. as per direction of EIC. 2 Dismantling of Bus bar & defective SDF unit from panel, loosening the existing bus bar, control wire, connections etc. of starter feeder. as per direction of EIC. 3 Supply, delivery, fitting and fixing of 3 Pole 630 A [ABB make - OS630B03P] switch disconnector fuse unit with shaft and handle including 3 nos of 630 A [ABB make - OFFNC2GG630] BS - type C2 Central bolted tag fuse links, gG, 415 V, 80 kA for MCC of pump-motor set no. 2 as per direction of EIC. 4 Decoupling of 260 KW motor unit of Horizontal non clog pump - motor set after due disconnection of power supply to motor from cable end box, earth connection & other accessories as connected and dismentling the motor unit from its base, withdrawing the said motor unit from dry pit to operating floor and stacking the motor properly on wooden block with the help of necessary tools and tackles as required as per direction of E.I.C. 5 Transportation of the motor set from operation site to workshop for repairing and back to site after due repairing as per direction of E.I.C. 6 Dismantling of Motor set part by part and cleaning of the same and removing dust from inside the by suitable degreasing & regreasing the motor parts with approved quality grease (to be supplied by the contractor) as per direction of E.I.C. 7 Remetalising, Machining, Balancing for Fitting and fixing of Motor Shaft complete as per direction of E.I.C. 8 Charges for heat varnishing to achieve desire IR value as per direction of E.I.C. 9 Supply, delivery of DE and NDE bearing for motor set (NU332C3 & 6322C3) as per sample & direction of E.I.C. 10 Reassembling of motor set with new supplied and repaired parts as applicable complete in all respect as per direction of EIC. 11 Refixing of the motor unit with the base frame and coupling with pump unit by making proper allignment with the line shaft and motor within permissible limit, fixing with coupling bolts and nuts etc. as required and making re-connection of the same with electrical power supply, earthing etc., testing and commissioning of the pump-motor set in all respect at site as per direction of EIC. 12 Decoupling of pump unit of 260 KW Horizontal non clog pump - motor set and dismentling the pump unit from its base, withdrawing the said pump unit from dry pit to operating floor and stacking the rotating assembly properly on wooden block with the help of necessary tools and tackles as required as per direction of EIC. 13 Dismantling of pump unit of Pump-motor set part by part as per direction of EIC. 14 Supply & delivery of DE and NDE Bearing for pump set as per sample [SKF 22218 EK] as per sample and direction of EIC. 15 Reassembling of the pump set with new supplied and repaired parts as applicable as per direction of EIC. 16 Refixing the pump unit with the base frame and coupling with motor unit by making proper allignment with the line shaft and motor within permissible limit, fixing with coupling bolts and nuts etc. as required, testing and commissioning of the pump-motor set in all respect at site as per direction of EIC. 17 Decoupling of 260 KW Horizontal non clog pump - motor set after due disconnection of power supply to motor from cable end box, earth connection & other accessories as connected and dismentling of pump and motor unit from its base, withdrawing the said pump and motor unit seperately from dry pit to operating floor and stacking the pump and motor unit properly on wooden block with the help of necessary tools and tackles as required as per direction of EIC. 18 Charges for pump - motor base repairing and strengthening of base incl. rectification of defect with supplyed materials like cement concrete, reinforcement, M.S. Channel / I / C section frame as per requirement, complete fabrication, welding, grinding, drilling holes etc. for fixing with nuts, bolts, studs etc., grouting the base foundation bolts with grouting materials complete in all respect as per direction of EIC. 19 Reassembling the pump and motor unit with the base frame after lowering down the both from operating floor to dry pit and coupling with pump and motor unit by making proper allignment with the line shaft and motor within permissible limit, fixing with coupling bolts and nuts etc. as required and making re-connection of the motor unit with electrical power supply, earthing etc. and pump unit with inlet and delivery pipeline, testing and commissioning of the pump-motor set in all respect at site as per direction of EIC. 20 Supply & delivery of Double Speed Pendant station Hoist Crane Remote control with mechanical interlock and emergency Stop & Start button (6+2). 21 Supply & delivery of Electronics Timer ON- Delay (Model No. SKU 3RP15 11-1AQ30K) for E.O.T crane. 22 Supply & delivery of Power Contactor of Air Break (Seimens make) (Model No. 3TF35 00-0AP0) for E.O.T. Crane. 23 Supply & delivery of Auxiliary Contactor (Seimens make) for E.O.T crane. 24 Supply & delivery of 32 Amp HRC Fuse (Siemens make) for E.O.T crane. 25 Servicing, overhauling and greasing of all the mechanical parts including supply of gear oil etc. and installation of the electrical parts complete to install the E.O.T crane as per direction of the EIC. 26 Repairng & servicing of pump including supply, fitting & fixing of shaft key, bush & repairing of damaged impeller by welding, machining etc. for 7.5 kW dewatering pump no. 2 as per direction of the EIC.
