Milling the existing BT surface 5 to 7 cm depth charges for cutting the BT surface to 5 to 7cm depth using milling machine conveying the milled waste materials to at least for 20 km distance including hire and running charges for the machine conveyance charges unloading at unobjectionable space cleaning the milled surface as to avoid slippery including all other incidental and unforeseen items etc., complete as per the direction of departmental officers.

Advance Patch workProviding advance patch work using 50mm consolidated Thickness by using 1m3 of 13.20mm IRC metal with 44kg of Bitumen per 1m3 of Metal for Pre Mixing for existing surface advance Patch work including cost and conveyance of Materials to the work site and stacking them to the departmental metric gauge for the Premeasurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet only rolling by 60-70KN power roller for premix carpet and seal coat separately including labour charges for spreading the mix for premix carpet, including labour charges for spreading seal coat separately over premix carpet etc., Including hire Charges and Fuel Charges for bitumen boiler and all other tools and plant employed etc., complete as per MORTH Rev-V Specifications.

Providing and laying tack coat of 2 kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2kgs of bituminous emulsion (RS) for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 -2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36mm & below and with 45.27 kgs of VG30 & 5.03 kg of plastic waste (total.50.30 kg) bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site , heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity , conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site , spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm withmechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections andconsolidated by 8-10 tonevibratory / pneumatic roller to the required density etc., Including labour for attending to paver ay site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler , tipper trucks , paver Finisher ,/9 m paver finisher, vibratory / pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., Complete and per specification using CMP as per clause 507 MORTH Rev-5 Specifications.

Removal of Manhole cover and Fixing the existing manhole cover frame using M20 Concrete to the required thickness of size including cost of steel fabrication, Centering for raising manhole and fixing RCC manhole of size 600 mm dia. Including cost of materials and labour chargesetc. complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking Paver blockM40 grade Providing and laying of63mmthick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with sand cushion below the uniform shap of approvednon skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation ofpavers as sub base, sand cushion 150mm thick layingout of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification,.
