tender for Scrap Vehicles (If it is found that the tender is lower than the selling price of the said vehicles as notified to this office by the Regional Transport Office, it will be declared invalid and cancelled. The tender authority will determine the highest bid in the public tender, but no bid lower than the expected price of the vehicle as fixed by the Transport Department will be accepted. The bid in this tender will have to be increased by Rs. 10,000/- in multiples of the amount fixed by the Transport Department.)
