    Tender Details

    Quotation For Experienced And Resourceful Vendors/Firms For (1). Item Of For Quotation Require :-(i) Mixing and pouring La Struc Rep MC 60 by mixing 10mm down aggregate @25% by the weight of Micro-concrete and water as per datasheet by slow speed stirrer. The rate to include material, labour tools & tackles all complete (ii) Surface preparation Epoxy Primer for carbon Wrapping : Complete Grinding the surface to make it smooth free from all protrusions by mechanical cup grinder. The rate to include material, labour, tools and tackles all complete (iii) Epoxy primer for cabon wrapping Supplying and applying single coat of La Strucwrap Primer (after mixing two components thoroughly by a slow speed stirrer) by a brush and roller after thorough mixing. The rate to include materials, tools, tackles, labour all complete. (iv) Epoxy Putty Supplying and applying for rendering with thin Epoxy Putty of Lagreens India Pvt Ltd over La Structwrap primer to further smoothen the surface making it free from pin holes, blow holes imperfection at edges etc.as per manufacturers specification.(Rate is on the measurement on gross area.) (v) Carbon Wrapping 230GSM Apply single coat of Strucwrap Epoxy Saturant and wrapping a single layer of La Strucwrap CF of LaGreens India Pvt. Ltd. Carbon fibre cloth of 230 GSM taking care there is good bonding with the substrate without any warping or, air gaps. The direction of the Carbon Fibre should to be as per the design requirement as directed by the E.I. Supplying and applying 2nd coat of Strucwrap saturant on the Carbon fibre when the 1st coat is still wet. (vi) Anti Carbonation protective coating Protective Coating : Apply single coat Laprime coat followed by two coats of Lagreencote AC on entire deck slab and Girder (Silicone based with Anti carbonation Property
