    Tender For Patch Repair Work On Rural Roads Falling Under Assistant Engineer-Iii, Provincial Section, Pwd, Moradabad - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes towater bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeld roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening / binding material to fill-up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.Grading 3 as per Technical Specification clause 405. Including all labour, material, T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 2 Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.30 kg. per Sqm on the prepaired dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydaulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.Including all labour, material, T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open graded P.C. of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates eigher using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base i/c mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheeld 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and gredes to be followed by seal coatas per Technical Specification Clause 508Including all labour, material, T&P etc complete but excluding GST. 4 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall usingType C as per Technical Specification Clause 510Including all labour, material, T&P etc complete but excluding GST.
