| 2 | SITC of outdoor type both sided door feeder pillar box on brick foundation incl. construction of brick foundation of suitable length , width and Height such that there is suitable foundation below the ground level and the feeder pillarbe installed atleast18” height from Gr. Level.Inside the brick pedestal will be filled up by loose sand where the incoming & outgoing cable will be rest The pillar box will be fabricated from 3 mm thick sheet steelwith top cover/canopy being of 5 mm thick sheet steel. The size of the pillar box will be 1800(H) x 2100(W) x 700(D) mm with inner enclosure [size 1500(H) x 1850(W) x 300(D) mm] and 4 nos. angle iron leg & making interconnection by suitable size copper flat / wire. Double Locking arrangement will be made with lock and duplicate keys (7 lever Godrej, navatal lock) with door handle. Two numbers lighting arrangement with control switch to be made inside the box as working light and 1 no. 250V., 5/15 combined plug socket & switch. Painting will be made by synthetic enamelled paint after 2 coats of red led primer. Bricks foundation will be cement, plastering and neat cement finish.(as per direction of EIC) The feeder pillar box comprising the followings. Make- MCCBs/SFUs will be of Legrand/Siemens/ABB/L&T Make. All theother accessories will be Legrand /Siemens/L&T /ABB Make and as per manufacturers standard ]. |
