    Rate Contract For Different Maintenance Of Water And Sump Pump, Skirt, Scrapper, De, Ds, V-Fan Etc At Chp, Ktps For Two Years.- 1 ARC for Different maintenance job of CHP 2 Schedule Maint of Sump Pump(Vertical /Submersible/Emergency Sump Pump). 3 Schedule Maint of Multistage Pump(P1, P2, P3 & P4) 4 Servicing & replacement of V/V(Gate & Globe - 25nb, 40nb, 50nb, 80nb, 100nb, 150nb). 5 Replacement of Suction/discharge pipelin(various type & size) 6 Replacement of different dia pipe line 7 Overhauling of Sump Pump(Vertical /Submersible/Emergency Sump Pump). 8 Overhauling of Multi-stage Pump(P1, P2 ,P3 & P4). 9 Schedule Checking & Minor Maint of SKIRT/SCRAPPER(Manpower - 3 nos). 10 Replacement of new SKIRT / SCRAPPER(Manpower - 5 nos). 11 Schedule Maint of Auto Dust Control syst/ Dust suppression System & Minor Maint. (Manpower - 3 nos) 12 Schedule Maint DE/DS/V-Fan(Greasing of brg of fan, maintenance of Hopper & Siphon, Beltreplacement, Coal dust cleaning etc.) 13 Repairing of bunker gratingsby torsion rod (up to replacement of 10 nos. 32 mm Tor rodfitting in Bunker, Manpower-4 nos). 14 Bunker Sealing and withdrawalby Conveyor belt(Per Mill feeder, Manpower - 3 nos). 15 Cleaning of Pump/Sump pit(Conv-7A/B/C/D, Conv-2A/B/C/D, Head &Tail end of 2A/1,Wagon Tippler). 16 Dewatering of Pump/Sump pit(Take Up of Conv-7A/B/C/D, Conv-2A/B/C/D, Tail end ofConv-4A/B/C/D, Manpower - 3 nos).
