Hire charges per day for 1 No.Diesel/Petrol driven vehicle for 12 hours a day normally from 8.00AM to 8.00 PM or part thereof, for a block of 24 hours

Retention charges per hour for the period exceeding 12 hours in a day subject tomaximum of 2 hours per day, with a ceiling limit of 10 hours per month.

Retention charges for night halt Note: If the vehicle halts for a night outside the Head quarters of concerned officer, This schedule is not applicable.

Performance factorDistance in Km propoulsion per litre of diesel/petrol to be adopted for purpose of contract( minimum 10 Km/Ltr) performance.
