    Tender Details

    Supply and Delivery of Ø 7-7/8 Drag Bit with Tungsten Carbide insertfor Mud Rotary Drilling at MMSD(D) store room for sinking of Rig Bored Tube Wells under MMSD(D) under JMD P.H.E. Dte-- 1 Supply and delivery of Ø7-7/8 Drag Bit of approved design with tungsten carbide insertwith threaded pin connection. Product specification as stated below: i) Circulation: Single Jet core circulation with Mud/Waterii) It should have pin connection of 3 -3/8 API malethread of at least 12 nos. working thread and should be compatable with female 3 -3/8 API Thread of tool joint of Drill String.iii) Each hinges should have min. 08 nos of TC block of approved dimensions and to be brazed properly & should not be covered with paint. iv) TC Blocks should brazed at equal pitch length for angular face. v) Pin connection should be flame hardened to reach the surface hardened up to 150 to 200 BHN.vi) Material test certificate in respect of chemical composition and physical properties which should conform to EN 19 Steel ( IS :1378/1967 or latest issue) and must be produced at the time of delivery. N.B.: One sample should be tested for 03 no. boring at any place under MMSD(D) Jhargram.
