Name of Work: Annual contract for providing Manpower for fire fighting, fire protection system and other associated works of KaTPP, RVUNL, Jhalawar.Note: 1. If a firm quotes NIL service charges/consideration or negative service charges/tender premium in the contracts related to hiring of manpower services, it\"s bid shall be treated as Un-responsive and will summarily be rejected. In case of zero or negative amount in service charges/T&P in the BOQ, the bid of bidders considered invalid. Hence amount will be valid only in whole rupees l.e. it will not be valid in decimal places.2. L-1 will be decided on basis of totality in BOQ.3. In case of same/equal bids received from two or more bidders, the L-1 bidder shall finally be decided on the basis of highest average annual financial turnover during preceding three (3) completed financial years reckoning from the date of opening of technical bid
