    Tender For Annual Repair And Painting Work Of Four Wheel.; 1 Complete repairanddismantling of the 4500 Lit. cap. Tankers shell body from tanker chassis by cutting of the brackets, water tapping arrangement etc. without damaging the tanker shell body and chassis and complete grinding and finishing of the cuttingportion . 2 Welding0.6mtrs * 1.3 mtrs (Approx)3 m.m. thick – 2 Nos. MS buffel plate in elliptical shape inside the tanker shell body angle rings carefully. 3 Complete refitting andweldingtanker shell body on chassis bracketscarefully and refitting. 4 Welding1.0mtrs * 1.0 mtrs (Approx)3 m.m. thick MSplate pieces in required damaged portion oftanker shell bodyand stop leakage carefully. 5 Complete repairing of 4500 lit. Cap four wheel Tanker Turning Tableby cutting of damaged angles ring and cross channel support by gas cutterwithout damaging the tanker chassis and complete grinding, finishingand making new turning table by using 0f 75 * 40 m.m . channel cross support ,welding with 2 Nos. M.S. Angle 35*5 m.m. rings as per required size with upper and lower sides of trolley including providing and fixing ofcenter plate of size 20 cm.* 20cm.*5 m.m. thick – 2 Nos. , 40 m.m.dia.center bolt – 1Nos , lock pin – 1Nos. and complete greasing of turning table rings . 6 Complete scraping and cleaning of the tanker shell body from inner side and repair & re welding leakages etc. and complete painting two coat of good quality red oxide primer. 7 Complete scraping and cleaning of the tanker shell body from outer side and painting two coat of good quality sky blue oil pant and write a full name of department, tanker No., slogans etc. as per directed by engineer in charge . 8 Complete scraping and cleaning of thetanker four wheel chassis, diskand painting two coat of good quality black japan oil paint.Note- old material not return to department.
