Supply and fixing of 65mm dia GI pipe (Class \"B\") of 4-meter length with 300mm x 300mm x 6mm MS base plate duly welded at the bottom and with concreting and construction on masonry pedestal with supply and fixing of 60 watts IP 66 degree of protection, integrated monocrystalline solar panel, lithium phosphate battery and high efficiency high power LEDs with secondary optics offering precise distribution control. The luminaire should be with PIR motion detectors to extend the battery life during non- peak hours of operation. The entire assembly should be aluminium extruded body and should act as better heat sink for better operation of and life of the luminaire. The GI pipe with the light fitting should be commissioned in full as per the directions of the concerned authority of the Department.
