Tender For Maintenance Work Of Electromechanical Services At Staff Qrtrs. Kalibari, New Delhi. (Ch. To: Armo) SH-I Man Power 2 Maintenance of various electromechanical services including operation of Pumps and Motors for water supply to the colonies etc by deploying the required semi skilled manpower and by arranging required tools and plant etc. to keep all the services operational upto the required standards. The manpower will also work as electrical enquiry to receive complaints from residents of staff quarters and attend the fault/restore the Power supply/breakdown maintenance against the supply of material taken in SH-II, complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-incharge. A) Services included are: (i) EI & Fans (ii) Compound Lighting (iii) Pumps (iv) Electrical Panels, DBs (v) Window & Split AC units (vi) Heating & cooling appliances Note:- (i) Contractors to take all steps to undertake preventive / special maintenance and testing to keep the system at optimum working condition. (ii) Manpower may be asked to work at other locations also and in any shift without any extra cost as per requirement under the jurisdiction of EE(E)/ SDE (E), BSNL. Decision of Engineer-in-charge will be final.iii) All holidays i/c Sundays,Gazetted holidays are included in the item.(Note:- Rates to be quoted accordingly) Staff required (not above the age of 55 years): SH-II (Supply of Material/Items) 4 Replacement/Provision of following material for repairing & attending petty maintenance work by engaging adequate manpower as required at site for repairing of HT/LT panels, capacitor panels, existing wiring work like fluorescent fitting, ceiling fans, wall/pedestal fans, Main board, Sub Main board, Compound Lighting, water pumps & switchgears, Geysers, Split AC, water coolers, etc i/c dismantling, connection, fixing, testing etc as required (NOTE-The material under replacement shall be similar to existing defective material or as per product directory)
