Following work to be carried out for work of supply and replacement of damage drain valve of buchozi relay 2 nosdamaged PRV, and bucholz relay of 132/33 Kv 40 MVA tarnsformer (EMCO MAKE) along wi8th cost of material, man misc consumable, crane, hydra, normal and spec ial T&P etc required for satisfactory completion of work as per technical specification and direction of JE/AE as per below:-

safe transportation of empty oil tank 20 KL capacity from 400 Kv pheliphokhar to 132 Kv substation, bodla, agra distance approx. 30 Km includes shifting of oil tank with the help of hydra/crane safe transportation it at 132Kv s/s bodla working site.

supply and replacement of damaged 2 nos Pressuere release valve suitable for 132/33 KV 40MVA make SUKURUT/ATVIA/VIAT with trip contact and pressure limit 4.49KG/Cm2 lhaving 1 NO &1NC contact including compite gaskit fastening,bolts.

supply and replacement of damaged 1 no double float bucholz relay with alarm and trip contact suitable for 80mm main pipe suitable for 132/33 KV 40MVA make SUKURUT/ATVIA/VIAT with trip contact including compite gaskit fastening, bolts.

supply and replacement of damaged 1 no Main shut off gate valve of bucholz relay suitable for 80mm main pipe suitable for 132/33 KV 40MVA make PERFECT /NEMAN/VISHNU/APEX including compite gaskit fastening bolts.

Complete drain out of transformer oil from 40 MVA into empty oil tank including opening of valve and filling in oil tank and topping up oil into main tank after centrifuging.

Centrifuging of complete transformer oil in transformer main tank by connecting centrifuging machine, to be arranged by the contractor along with operator and taking the B.D.V and PPM values of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer at 132 KV S/S, Bodla, Agra, 132/33 KV 40 MVA transformer MFD 2000 (B.D.V. and PPM tester shall be arrange by contractor)
