Engaging 1 no of Pump Operator / Plumper for attending day to day maintenance & plumping faults in water supply pipe line in and out side the blocks, pumping the water supply from borewell to sump to OHT removal and refixing of pumpsets for daily periodical maintenance with required tools and plants for daily periodical maintenance etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Engaging 2 nos of MazdoorCategory -II (Sweeper) to cleaning and sweeping the corridors staircase portion, lobby, terrace and other common area, surrounding areas shown by the departmental officers, dumping the debries in the dust bins so as to enable to collect the same by the local body but excluding the cost of required cleaning materials such as broom, basket, bleaching powder, phenyl required for routine periodical maintenance work etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Engaging 1 no of Masdoor Gr-II (Scavenger) For attending the blockages of sanitary lines and removal of blockages in inspection chambers, water closets, gullies and repair works etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Engaging 1 no of Electrician Gr-II for attending all Electrical repair works, after rectification of defects including all Electrical repair works etc., all complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
