Annual Maintenance and Repair Works of Emergent Nature. The scope of work includes the maintenance and repair of:Roads and Pathways (Service Paths, Visitors\" Paths, Road Protection Works, etc.) at PNHZ Park, Darjeeling, and its subsidiary units.The quantity of required items will be determined as per site requirements, and the work order will be issued accordingly. The rates of items will follow the Schedule of Rates of PWD (W.B) as detailed below:Building Works, Materials & Labour (Volume-I) – Effective from 01.11.2017 (including all up-to-date corrigenda and addenda effective on the date of the NIeT)Additionally, Constructional Labour Welfare Cess @ 1% and GST @ 18% over the work value will be added to the PWD Schedule of Rates, which shall remain valid for the entire contract period.
