Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.225 Kg (Zero decimal two two five kilogram) per Square metre on the prepared bituminous surface and cleaned with mechanical broom as per technical specification clause 503, as perdirections of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and laying 25mm (twenty five millimetre) compacted thickBituminous Concrete with crushed stone aggregate of grading -II (Two), 13.2 (Thirteen point two) millimetre nominal size, using bitumen VG-10 (VG-Ten)minimum 5.5% (Five point five percent) of weight of mix and filler on thoroughly cleaned surface by mechanical broom and dust removed by compressed air, mixed in computerised batch mix/HMP of 80-100 (Eighty to hundred) TPH capacity calibrated from time to time, mixing the bituminous concrete, transporting the mix material in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controlto the required level alignment and grade, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandempower road roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 507( 5th revision) complete , within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials, plants and equipments by mechanical transport, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.

Providing and layingof hot appliedthermoplasticcompoundpaint 2.5mm (two point five millimetre)thick includingreflectrising glass beads @ 250 gms(two hundred fifty grams)per square meterarea , thickness of2.5mm (two point five millimetre)isexclusive of surface applied glass beads by road marking machineas per IRC 35. The finished surface to be level, uniformand free fromstreaksand holes as per MORTH technical specification section 800 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding GST.
