Tender For Special Repair / Replacement Of Pipeline At Kb Line Under Ge (West) Agra; 1 Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, n. exc. 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth, to required level and gradient for laying of pipe etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed. 2 Returning, filling in,including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed 3 Removing excavated materials (soft/loose soil) to a distance n.exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed 4 Supply, laying and jointing for the 15 mm boreintrenches/on floor/wall with the help of GI Saddle/GI Hook, Galvanized steel tubing medium gradeincluding ISI marked GIfittings, including cutting to reducing length, screwing and connecting with existing line including fix existing connection with required size of Tee or MS clamp with rubber bush complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rates also include cutting through walls, floor etc and there making good. 5 All as per item No. 04 above but of size 20 mm dia. 6 All as per item No. 04 above but of size 25 mm dia. 7 All as per item No. 04 above but of size 40 mm dia. 8 All as per item No. 04 above but of size 50 mm dia. 9 All as per item No. 04 above but of size 80 mm dia. 10 All as per item No. 04 above but of size 100 mm dia. 11 Taking up or down for 15 mm bore old GI pipe and connections complete all as specified & directed. 12 All as per item No-11 above but 20 mm bore. 13 All as per item No-11 above but 25 mm bore. 14 All as per item No-11 above but 40 mm bore. 15 All as per item No-11 above but 50mm bore. 16 All as per item No-11 above but 80mm bore. 17 All as per item No-11 above but 100mm bore. 18 S&F in repairGM gate valve of size 20mm with iron wheel ISI marked IS-778 screwed down for iron pipe or ferrule including fittings such as union , socket, nipple , check nut etc including cutting of existing GI pipe and fixing properly complete all as specified and directed. 19 All as per item No. 18 above but of size 25mm dia. 20 All as per item No. 18 above but of size 40 mm dia. 21 All as per item No. 18 above but of size 50mm dia. 22 M & L in repairs 80mm bore Cast Ironsluice valve both ends flanged PN-1.6with iron wheel (ISI Marked including nuts, bolts, washer and 3 mm thick rubber insertion sheet complete all as specified and directed. 23 All as per item No- 22 above but of size 100mm bore 24 M&L for brickwork with old size sub class B brick straight or curved on plan, exc. 6M mean radius in cement mortor 1:6 for repairing of valve pit/disturbed wall of well complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed 26 M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm gradedstone aggregate) asin foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed 27 M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using necessary machinery and labour for laying underground pipe GI/DI up to size 300mm complete all as specified and directed at site.. Note : Pipes will be measured and paid separately. 28 M & L for road cutting for laying of pipe line and making good after laying to match with surrounding area with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for a depth of 30 cm from top and balance portion shall be filled with approved earth complete all as specified and as directed.
