Application of Membrane :- The surface should be primed with Asian Paints SmartCare Damp Proof ultra by mixing with 33%waterwith a minimum consumption of 0.15-0.20 Kg/Sqm. If the surface is highly porous (dry patches visible post application primer), second coat of primer will be required. Application of SmartCare Damp Proof Ultra :- Single component Elastomeric hybrid polyurethane Polymer and Reinforced Acrylic FIbre with the consumption of 1.8 Kg/Sqm in 2 coats. Single coat should not be applied more than 0.8 Kg/Sqm.The geo textile of 50 GSM should be embedded after priming coat DFT of membrane shall be 1.5mm. The Membrane shall offer following features. > Elongation at break > 400 > Tensile strength > 2.9 Mpa > Solar Reflective Index - 106.> Alkali Resistance - 8 >Crack Bridging Ability - 2.5 mmThe coating exhibits superior mechanical, chemical, thermal, weather resistance properties.

Application of silicon paint (MAKE - JOHNSON OR Equivalent make ACRYLIC- CLEAR AQUA WITHOUT GLOSS), cost inclusive of material & labour for cleaning the dirt & remaining of mortars from walls with necessary tools, scaffolding & painting the walls with two coats to remaining work complete in all respect.
