| 4 | Providing and applying 2.5 mm (two point five milimeter) thick road marking strips(retro reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fittedwith profile shoe glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road surface including ost of material labour tool and plants cleaning the road surface of all dirt seals oil grease and foreign material etc. completein all respectand including carriage of materials with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals copmlete as per direction and entiresatisfactionof Engineer –in- Charge. | 5 | Supplying and installation of delinators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers) 80-100 cm (eightyto one hundred centimeter) high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm (fifteen centimeter) wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm(eighty to one hundred milimeter) rectangular or 75 mm (seventy five milimeter) dia circular shape 3 m(three meter) or its equivalant reflectorised panels at the top, buried of pressed intothe ground confirming to IRC-79 and the drawing, including carriageof materials with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals copmlete as per direction and entiresatisfactionof Engineer –in- Charge. | 6 | Providing and fixing raised pavement marker (cat eye) made out of poly carbonate / ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entring the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values shall be as given in the detailed specifications and product shall confirm to ASTM D4280 and also meet all the testing conditions of ASTM D4280 and fixed to the road surface using the adhesive recommended by the manufacturer. The length, height and width of the body of reflective raised pavement marler shall not be less than 100mm(one hundred milimeter), 15 mm (fifteen milimeter) and 90 mm(ninety milimeter) and base of marker shall be flat wihtin 1.3mm(one point three milimeter) and outermost faces of configulration of marker shall not be deviate more than 1.3 mm (one point three milimeter) from flat surface. It should have two cylindrical shanks of not less than 20 mm (twenty milimeter) diameter and not less than 30 mm (thirty milimeter) length moldedwith the body for anchorage.
