Tender For Toilet Construction Work In The Gram Panchayat Durjaniyawas Premises; 2 Excavation of soil upto 1.5 m depth in foundation, trench, drain, tamping the bottom, pouring water, beautifying the sides, taking out the excavated soil, filling the empty spaces with soil again after filling the foundation and disposal of the remaining soil upto a distance of 50 meters.3 In cement concrete foundation or floor, put 40 mm nominal size stone aggregate (crusher broken) / brick aggregate in cement-sand mixture, in the ratio of 1 cement: 5 sand: 10 soil and tamping, including tamping.4 Laying of stone in foundation and plinth in cement-gravel mixture, including closing the side cracks and tamping etc. 5 Foundation and plinth masonry of first class brick in cement-gravel mortar 1:6 or 1:8 including closing of side cracks and tamping.6 Masonry work of first class bricks in 112 mm and 75 mm thickness of foundation and superstructure in cement-gravel mortar 1:6 including tamping. 112 mm Thick7 Casting and supply of reinforced cement concrete of cement concrete 1:2:4/1:1.5:3 mixture, pressing in roof slabs, eaves, beams, lintels etc., tamping and leveling of surface with 1:3 cement mortar etc. including scaffolding but cost of steel and shuttering separately. 8 Centering/Shuttering (planks and siding) for RCC roof, slabs, balcony, lintel etc. upto 4.5 m height and removal etc. as per specifications.9 Cutting, bending and fixing of iron for RCC work and tying work including supply.10 Cement plastering of cement-gravel in 1:6 ratio on wall including scraping of joints and regular watering for 14 days. 20 mm11 Supply of chiselled stone niches, stands and applying cement mortar in 1:3 ratio.12 1:5:10 (i) If hand broken gravel is used in place of 40 mm crusher broken stone aggregate, the same quantity will be payable but the rate of aggregate will be reduced by 30%. (IS: 2556 Mark) Squatting Urinal of standard make complete. Including cutting & making good the floor: 1.18.1 Size 450x350mm21 P & F WVC Wash basin (Ist quality IS:2556 Mark) of approved make with C.I. brackets duly painted 1 No. 15 mm C.P.
