Providing the service of Supervisor for receiving the complaints and assigning the work to the workers of respective trade and getting the complaints attended and intimating the status of attended complaints to the concerned AE/JE on daily basis so that the backlog is not more than one day complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Attending day to day Plumbing complaints like repairing of P.H. Fixtures, Replacement of WCs etc. with the help of plumber i/c all required T & P complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Attending day to day Carpenetary work complaints like fixing & refixing sliding door bolts, tower bolts and handles, repair of door windows etc. with the help of carpenter with the all required T & P complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Attending day to day Masonary work complaints like repair of floor tiles, wall tiles, repair of terrace to avoid leakage, repair of Gully trap, manhole etc. including any cement work with the help of mason with the all required T & P complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing the service of Fire Fighting/Pump operator for attending day to day complaints related to fire fighting systems including operation of fire pumps and water supply pumps, maintenance of wet risers, sprinklers and other allied items of fire fighting systems at all floors and fixing of necessary fittings wherever required to keep them in proper functional conditions to the entire satisfaction and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing service of beldar as & when required to assist Carpenter and Mason including cleaning and other misc. worksi/c necessary T & P etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Attending day to day Sewerage complaints like blockage of drains, WCs etc with the help of sewermanr i/c all required T & P complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
