Shifting of Structural material from yard/stores. 2. Structure height may vary up to 20 mtr. 3. Crane, Hydra and Man lifter must be provided as and when required. 4. Scaffolding with material must be provided. 5. Loading and unloading of structure material. 6. Painting with sandblasting of structure at required standard. 7. Touch-up painting for damaged areas after erection. 8. PPEs must be provided. 9. Safety supervisor for job is must. 10. Separate Site supervisor for each individual job. 11. Qualification of skilled associates should be as per MSA guidelines of AMNS. 12. Tools required like General spanner set, Gas cutting set, welding machine, Grinding machine, Chain Block, safety belt, safety harness for W@H jobs. 13. Works at height pass of all associates are compulsory. In case of emergency job, vendor with their team must present at site odd hours to attend the job. 14. Tools tackles/consumables need to be certified by AMNS engineers before executing any job. 15. Welding electrodes should be as per AMNS guidelines. 16. All PPE’s must be worn by supplied manpower and must be provided. 17. All Safety equipment i.e. full body harness, safety net whateve
