Adhere <(>&<)> follow AMNS all safety standard during the work execution. 2) Removal of existing fill packs from cooling tower cell <(>&<)> installation of new fill packs. 3) Necessary arrangement for fill pack removal <(>&<)> installation like Ladder, covering platform to avoid dust ingress in sump, Man lifter, Trucks etc. will be in vendor scope (Except scaffolding) 4) Vendor must ensure correct pattern of fill packs arrangement during installation. 5) Fill pack replacement <(>&<)> installation services is only for one no. cooling tower cell. 6) Vendor must dispose removed/used fill packs from site immediately after replacement. 7) Required tools tackles, Full Body harness (with shock absorber) <(>&<)> Safety PPES are in vendor scope. 8) Vendor must complete removal of old fills and installation of new one in four days. More than stipulated time frame, it will attract suitable penalty. 9) Vendors need to submit four days detailed working schedule depicting each activity with resource, time <(>&<)> manpower deployment before starting job. (Day<(>&<)> might schedule). 10) Removal of fill pack dust cakes residues from cooling tower cell <(>&<)> site are in vendor scope. 11) Required arrangement for shifting of removed fill packs and dust cakes from site and its disposal as per guidelines are under vendor scope. 12) Maximum one-week time will be given at site for fill pack assembly job. Vendor must ensure correct pattern of fills during fill pack assembly job. 13) Fill pack size 2X1X4 FEET - Qty - 200 Nos for removal <(>&<)> installation. 14) Fill pack size 2X2X4FEET - Qty- 400 Nos for removal <(>&<)> installation. 15) Job should be carried out by only competent, skilled/experienced <(>&<)> physically fit manpower. 16) Vendors need to arrange Work at Height pass for their manpower as per AMNSIL safety guidelines. 17) New fill packs should not get damage during handling at the time of fill pack installation <(>&<)> vendor has to make immediate arrangement for damaged fill pack replacement if it is damaged by vendor. 18) Vendor has to clear cooling tower sump <(>&<)> cell from any fill pack residue, dust cakes, plate form, scaffolding or any other material used for job by vendor in given timeline of four days only. 19) Lodging, boarding <(>&<)> travelling are in vendor scope. 20) Vendor need to arrange gate pass for all manpower required for fill replacement as well as fill removal job from site. 21) Supervisor must be fit to work at height as per AMNS safety guidelines and available at site during job execution. 22) Vendor must remove cooling tower nozzles and diffuser rings before starting fill pack replacement job and again fix it as per correct pattern. 23) Vendor must ensure not to damage any other spares of cooling tower during fills replacement and fills discarding job. 24) FRP helmet, Safety goggle <(>&<)> safety shoes are mandatory PPEs for working at AMNSI site. 25) Apart from mandatory PPEs, vendor must use job specific PPEs such as full body harness with shock absorber for working at height, Chemical resistance gloves <(>&<)> nose mask for fill pack gluing job. -- Movement of Manpower / Associates at our Hazira Site. Vendor must ensure availability of sufficient buses/vehicles to ply their associates inside plant premises. Vendors ensure safe transportation of their associates from their place of residence to respective work location in the plant and back. The movement of persons inside the plant by foot/bicycle/two wheelers is prohibited. Other Terms: Associate has to undergo Medical Fitness at our Care Nursing Home, AM/NS Township, Hazira. This would be done as per AM/NS India standards and the cost shall be borne by the vendor. AMNS has its own Secures Access system called SCRUM at Hazira Site which is use for processing the Gate Pass --- Scope of Work- AMNSIL 1. To issue work permits and ensure work to be carried out in a safe manner. 2. Necessary utility supply arrangements for job execution. 3. Fixing of scaffolding at cooling tower cell for fills replacement requirement. 4. Material – fill pack and glue. --- Specific Penalty for non-performance by vendor and must be cardinally measured. Due to non-performance which leads to unnecessary delay in job, unavailability of skilled manpower, poor quality job Vendor will be penalized from his Bill according to criticality of reasons
