| 1 | Dismantling, Assembling, Oil filtration and testing: This shall include the following jobs including cleaning, maintenance and repair of buchholz relay, OTI, WTI etc,. complete replacement of old/ defective gaskets with new gaskets |
| 2 | (a) Dismantling of transformer, (B) Removal of all parts and core, (c ) Re-assembly after re-winding of transformer coils, (d) Filling and filtration of transformer oil. (Test Certificates shall be provided), (e) Testing of transformer (Measurement of Winding Resistance, Measurement of Voltage Ratio and check of Phase Displacement, Measurement of short circuit impedance and load loss, Measurement of no-load loss and current, Dielectric Routine Tests, Magnetic Balance, Vector Group, and Insulation Resistance shall be carried out on rewound and repaired transformer. Test certificates for the tests shall be provided). The voltage ratio shall be measured on each tapping. All measuring systems used for the tests shall have certified, traceable accuracy and be subjected to periodic calibration according to IS/ISO 9001, (f) Replacement of faulty meters and instruments (if required), (g) Replacement of damaged/ defective HT/ LT Bushings, Studs etc, (h) Painting of transformer |
| 3 | Rewinding of Primary (HV) Winding: This shall include the following jobs including cleaning, insulation, varnishing etc. |
| 4 | (a) Removal of primary coils, (b) Taking measurements and making the forma, (c ) Manufacturing of coils, (d) Testing of Coils, (e) Assembly and connection |
| 5 | Rewinding of Secondary (LV) Winding: This shall include the following jobs including cleaning, insulation, varnishing etc. and all other jobs complete in all respects |
| 6 | (a) Removal of secondary coils, (b) Taking measurements and making the forma, (c ) Manufacturing of coils, (d) Testing of Coils, (e) Assembly and connection |
| 7 | Supply, Installation, Connection and Testing of Tap Changer Assembly and Primary Winding (HV Side) Voltage selector assembly. This shall include removal of old assembly and fixing of new assembly, connection and testing. |
| 8 | Supply of new Transformer Oil after replacement of Old (Used) Transformer Oil from the 500 kVA Transformer. The new Transformer Oil shall confirm to IS:335 having BDV of 60 kV (Min) free from moisture, sludge etc. Make of Transformer Oil: APAR Industries/ Poweroil/ Transoil/ Arabian (SPL) only. Note: Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed non-returnable M.S. Drums of max 210 litres capacity only. Transformer oil shall be approved by UCIL prior to filling in our Transformer. Unused New traansformer oil and old transformer oil shall be returned back to UCIL after filtration (in the M.S. Drums) |
| 9 | To and fro Transportaion of 500 kVA Transformer (without dismantling of any part) from UCIL Turamdih premises to Contractor\"s Workshop and back to UCIL Turamdih premises in Vehicle of suitable type, size and capacity. This shall be clearly mentioned in the offer |
