Construction of temporary Stage for Inauguration & valedictory Programme with provision for VIP Sitting Room along with toilet & Pantry with store. For audience 05 sofa setand 100 chairs shall also be provided.Size: 20 ft x 15 ft, Height: 5 ft, Material: Steel frame with plywood surface, Load Capacity: 1000 kg/m², Includes carpet cover, skirt, and steps with Stair( Size: 1 m width x 1.2 m height, Material: Steel frame with non-slip surface, Includes handrails) etc.

Providing, Installation & Maintenance of Public Address system along with Audio Music Player & collection of Songs to be played during the entire Expo Period for 05 days

Miscellaneous work(AdequateDrinking water, felicitationof VIP’s with Boquete, Gamucha etc, Arrangment, Fixing of Fire Extingusher, CC tv Surveillance, Photography, Videography, Documentation etc.) for 05 days.

Arrangement of Power supply including adequate power back up (25 KVA), Good quality Sound System (1 pair with microphone, amplifier, Mixture etc) ,sufficientlighting arrangement like LED spot light, Halogen in each stall & Flood light at common utility area etc for 05 days.
