Tubes with 20 watt retrofit/new LED light. 15 Rewinding of faulty ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep motor with good quality copper wire. 16 Replacement of existing faulty Compound light lamps with 30 watt LED lamp. 17 Comprehensive maintenance of AFD system of the entire building (System of different floors) complete with replacement of faulty items as detectors and repairing of other component such as Main control panel, Local control panel, Manual call point, Hooters etc. as reqd. at Telephone Bhavan (Main & Annexe) and Telephone House 18 Operation of Electromechanical services at Telephone Bhavan (Main & Annexe) and Telephone House as per specification and details of services (Inventory) etc. attached.
