Damaged or modified PPE won’t be tolerated on the worksite. 3. Usage of mobile phones for contractor labour is strictly prohibited. Only Supervisor and contractor are allowed to carry mobile phone. 4. AMNS Safety golden rules are the baseline for safety of contractor manpower <(>&<)> Supervisor also. 5. The supervisor must conduct Safety Toolbox Talk (TBT) before starting their daily job on topics related to the nature of the job. 6. Work permit and work should be done in presence of Vendor’s safety supervision and site engineer. 7. The ladder will be anti-static and anti-skid in nature. That is there should be no static charge built up on the ladder while a person is performing work over it. Ladder should be stable enough to ensure the stability of person performing work at height. 8. Bamboo ladder won’t be entertained in any of the work. 9. If the ladder has wheels, make sure wheels of ladder should have wheel choke in it. Same will be applicable in case of mobile sca ffolding. 10. Pre safety inspection of ladder, scaffolding and working platform will be adhered. If any unsafe condition gets captured, work will not progress. 11. Maintain form 10- or third-party inspection certification of all lifting tools, tackles, and machinery. That is all lifting equipment should be inspected and certified by a competent person. 12. Strictly adhere to barrication. That is barricading the working area with safety cones and caution tape. 13. In case of gas cutting, strictly perform the pre safety inspection of gas cutting set and cylinders. Inspection will be carried out as per the provided checklist. 14. Provide flashback arrestor on both hoses used in gas cutting. Flash back arrestors will be adhered to the cutting set and cylinders. 15. Inspect the workplace before performing hot work.
