Tender For Drain And Cross Construction Work Ward No. 1 To 25 Weir - Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engine er.2.4.1 Lime Concrete, cement concrete grade M-10 (1:5:10) and below 2 Carriage of Materials by mechanical transportincluding loading, unloading and stacking Stone, boulders, gravellymaterial taken up to 1km 3 Earth work in excavation for roadway, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of line, grades and cross sections, including disposal of surplus material with all lift and lead upto 1000 metre as per MoRT&H specification clause4.2.2 In ordinary rock 4 Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length cnstruction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in concrete mixer, laid manually,compacted with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material,labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 5 Providing and laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete mix With Concrete Mixer & vibrator pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed as per approved mix design, laid, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant,debonding strip, admixtures (if required) as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades complete as per drawingand as per clause 602, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. 9.5.1 PCC M-20 6 Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) backing filled with a grout of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigmentmatching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps which shall be paid for separately) : 26.1.1.1 70 mm thick 7 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates andsimilar works. 8 Red sand stone gang saw cut 30mm thick.
