Allow the coating to air cure for minimum 2 hrs. Consumption of two component should be acrylic resin @17.90 kg for 10 sqm area or as per manufacture instructions. (After two coats of diamond shield, surface is to be cured properly minimum for 4 hrs. before application of third coat).(iii) Providing and applying 1st coat of sealer coat 50-60 micron (single component Hight build elastomeric, fixable pure acrylic waterproofing membrane having solid content of 65%) and allow it to air cure for 4Hrs. minimum. After two hours minimum of 1st coat applying 2nd and finals coat 120-140 micron of sealer coat and allow it to air cure for 4 Hrs mimimum. Consumption of Sealer coat should be @ 5.40 kg per 10 sqm area.(iv) The treated area should be cure with water for 48 hrs. by flooding the surface.(v) The final appearance of the coating will be milky white. All above operations to be done in order. (five years guarantee)\" |

(Nearest motorable road distance shall be considered for this purpose)(ii) The distance as mentioned in point no. – (i) shall be considered from the nearest current location of ongoing work (where the work shall be in progress by the contractor at the time of placing new sub-order irrespective of scheduled completion period given for that work) under the scope of same contract. (iii) Not applicable for the balance work (when the sub order of any civil work is placed in two or more parts) of dusting, metaling etc. on the same feeder bay work for which the work of foundation etc. has been executed previously under the scope of same contract.(iv)The rates are inclusive of cost of transportation of labour, material, T&P etc. and cost of all respective works in all respect up to any distance in the area of jurisdiction of main work order for the contract and also in nearby areas as per necessity i/c all applicable taxes (except GST) etc. all complete, as per terms and conditions of order and as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge.(Base Rate: - Rs. 10,000/- per shifting) Note:- This payment of fixed additional charges for changing of work location shall be payable only when work will be executed in accordance with location wise priority fixed by the Engineer-In-Charge (if any) and only on successful completion of work in all respect as per scope of work in the sub-order for which said additional charges are to be payable. |
