    Quotations For Undertaking Of “Civil Work” Of Extension Centre Of Khadi Grarmodyog Bhawan (Sales Outlet) At Bodhgaya -1 DISMANTLING / DEMOLITION - Demolishing Brick work, old Tiles including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead. 2 PAINT PUTTY:-Painting of wall with minimum of 3 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade & make on the wall, including all necessary internal and external surfaces preparation, scrapping, base coats etc to receive 3 coats. The wall shall be cleaned, filled with putty & applied with acrylic wall putty and one coat of primer so as to achieve a even surface to apply paint as per directions/ to the satisfaction of the Architect. Material will be of Nerolac /asian paints / similar company. 3 FLOORING TILES:- Flooring and skirting of showroom and corridor area Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of branded/ reputed company somany/ kajaria/ sunhart/ johnson /GC , of size 6 0 0 m m x 6 0 0 m m 4 FALSE CEILING / GRID CEILING:- Providing and Fixing ceiling / gypsum board of India gypsum or equivalent with Channel . Additional intermediate channels shall be fixed to strap hangers from buckling/swaying. Item to be complete in all respect inciuding necessary sleeves for ducts, finishing of joint cut outs, lights fixtures etc. complete as per direction of architect/engineer.5 GLASS DOOR:-3 No. 12mm fixed glass Partation -2 no. and openable door having floor machine of Ozone, hardwyn or equivalent with all necessary fittings of branded company.Fixed TOUGHEN Glass Partation . 6 WALL PARTITION :- Store and cash counter shall be wooden partation with laminate finishes of Size (9x9-6) and COLUMN CLADDING.
