Supply, Storage, Installation, Commissioning And Trial Run Of Electro-Mechanical Equipment At Raw Water And Clear Water Pumping Station Under Kanchrapara Municipality.-For RWPS 2 Supply, delivery , storage, installation, testing & commissioning of Vertical turbine type Centrifugal Pump with cashion pipe ,column assembly, discharge head, sole plate, motor stool and all other accessories all complete of750m³/hr discharge at a Head of 29 mtr at duty pointas per technical specification . Maximum allowable speed of pump shall be 1000 RPM. 3 Supply, delivery , storage, installation, testing & commissioningof vertical, SCIM ,TFEC, 110 KW (minimum), 415 V ±10% , 50Hz ±05%, Speed 1000 RPM (Syn), to vertical pump duty motor to match with pump at sl no- (1) complete with coupling hub and all other accessories as per specification. 4 Supply, delivery , storage and installation at site of MS pipes, specials, joints, flanges as per specification and Technical offer. (for both individual pump delivery pipe and extended part of common manifold if required) . 5 Supply, delivery and installation and commissioning of valves complete at sitewith fixture as per specification and Technical offer & as follows :- 6 DI Butterfly valve for delivery side of pump fitted with electrical actuator suitable for local and control desk operation and display system for the individual pump delivery pipe line.(350 mm minimum))(PN 16 type) 7 DI Non-Return Valve for individual pump delivery pipe line.(350 mm. minimum))(PN 16 type) 8 Supply, delivery at site and storage of M.S. dismantling joint assembly for the individual pump delivery pipe line as per specification (350 mm minimum). 9 Supply, delivery ,storage and installation at site of Pressure gauges complete with fittings and fixture as per specification 10 Pressure gauge for Delivery side (0– 10 Kg / cm2) 11 Supply, delivery,storage and installation at site of pressure transmitter complete with fitting and fixture as per specification as follows:- 12 Pressure transmitter for delivery side ( 0 – 10 Kg / cm2 ) 13 Supply, delivery at site and installation of M.S. Structural materials for cable tray / rack, panel installation supports, Pipes & valves supports, fabricated stairs & all other fabrication work. 14 LT Panel 15 Modification / retrofitting/expansion/addition of the existing PMCC with supply , delivery & installation of a new additional motor starter feeder at RWPH in order to accomodate the extra pump-motor feeder of requisite rating not less than 110 KW .The modification/addition should match/synchonise the existing panel and should ensure smooth operation of the complete panel as a single entity and should be fit to install at the existing pump house. 16 Retrofitting of existing Control Desk at site with supply,wiring, installation of additional items like Temparature Scanner , Multifunction meter , Microprocessor Based Position Indicator, Digital Pressure Indicator,TNC switch, push button switch,indication lamps etc .as required to complete for the new Pump motor set. 17 Supply ,delivery, Laying, installation of Power Cable of adequate size from Motor feeder to Motor .(Min. 2 Run x 3Core , 185 sq mm XLPE Armoured AL. for each feeder) 18 Supply ,delivery, Laying, installation of Power Cable of adequate size and length from PMCC to Motor Space Heater .(Min. 3 Core 2.5sq mm. Armoured CU for each motor) 19 Supply ,delivery, Laying, installation of Power Cable of adequate size and length from PMCC to Valve Actuator etc. elsewhere required. (Min . 4 Core 2.5 sq mm. Armoured CU) 20 Making end termination of all the Power Cables as stated in sl no 11,12,13 with all necessary equipments like termination kits(Dry type), lugs , glands etc , installed for the modification job. 21 Supply ,delivery, Laying, installation of Control Cables of different size as required for the purpose and length for completing the different control connections between Control Desk, Motor feeders , LPBS, PMCC etc.to the satisfaction of the EIC for completion of the entire scheme and smooth operation. 22 Supply ,delivery, Laying, installation of Signal Cables of different size as required for the purpose and length for completing the different Signal connections to the satisfaction of the EIC for completion of the entire scheme and smooth operation. 23 Making end termination of all the Control/ Signal Cables as stated in sl no 15 and 16 with supplying all necessary equipments like termination kits,lugs , glands etc , installed for the modification job. 24 Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of new Heavy Duty Box type capacitors of adequate rating replacing the faulty Capacitor Banks of the RWPH PMCC as per site requirement and to achive power factor 0.98 lag . 25 Civil Modification of the MCC Panel Room with re-orientation of Aluminium glass Door along with minor civil works including reorientation of stairs as necessary formodification the job to complete. 26 Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required 27 For CWPS 28 Supply, delivery , storage, installation, testing & commissioning of horizontal axially split case type Centrifugal Pump of760m³/hr discharge at a Head of 52 mtr at duty point with horizontal squirrel cage TEFC motor rated at 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz± 5% , 3 phase 1500 RPM (syn) of adequate capacity to match the pump complete with coupling hub and all other accessories as requiredand as per technical specification . (Rating of motor shall not be less than 160 KW). 29 Supply, delivery , storage and installation at site of MS pipes, specials, joints, reducer/enlarger, flanges, supports etc.to complete the job as per specification and direction of the EIC . (for both individual pump delivery pipe and extended part of common manifold ) . 30 Supply, delivery at site & installation of valves complete with fixture as per specification and Technical offer & as follows :- 31 DI Non-Rising Sluice valve for individual suction side of pump.(400 mm minimum))(PN 16 type) 32 DI Butterfly valve for delivery side of pump fitted with electrical actuator suitable for local and control desk operation and display system for the individual pump delivery pipe line.(350 mm minimum))(PN 16 type) 33 DI Non-Return Valve for individual pump delivery pipe line.(350 mm. minimum))(PN 16 type) 34 Double throat air valve with Isolating Valve at pump delivery line as per specification (100 mm) 35 Supply, delivery at site and storage of M.S. dismantling joint assembly for the individual pump delivery and suction pipe lines as per specification & direction of the EIC .(350 mm minimum) 36 Supply, delivery ,storage and installation at site of Pressure gauges complete with fittings and fixture as per specification :- 37 Pressure gauge for Delivery side (0– 10 Kg / cm2) 38 Supply, delivery,storage and installation at site of pressure transmitter complete with fitting and fixture as per specification as follows. 39 Pressure transmitter for delivery side ( 0 – 10 Kg / cm2 ) 40 Supply, delivery at site and storage of M.S. (For two pump motors). 41 LT Panel 42 Modification/Servicing & retrofitting of the 2 Nos. Motor Starter feeder including all components like Contactors , MCCB etc. calibration and checking of the microprocessor based Motor Protection relay and making all required modification to make the starter feeder capable of smooth running & synchronization of the proposed Clear Water Pumps with respective feeder to complete and as per direction of EIC . (Necessary Spares shall be supplied and installed if required ). 43 Checking of the control circuit of the LT Panel and Control Desk and re-calibration of all the equipments concerned after successful connection of all the signal and control cables required for the modification and smooth running & synchronization of the proposed Clear Water Pumps with respective feeder to complete and as per direction of EIC . (Necessary Spares shall be supplied and installed if required). 44 Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of new Heavy Duty Box type capacitors of adequate rating replacing the faulty Capacitor Banks of the CWPH PMCC and MV Panel at sub station as per site requirement to achive P.F.-0.98 lag . 45 Supply ,delivery, Laying, installation of Power Cable of adequate size and length from LTPMCC Motor feeder to newly installed Motors .(each min. 2 Run, 3 core, 185 sq mm XLPE Armoured AL.) x 2 Set. motors 46 Supply ,delivery, Laying, installation of Power Cable of adequate size and length from LTPMCC to Motor Space Heater.(each min. 3 Core 2.5sq mm. Armoured CU) x 2 Set. 47 Supply ,delivery, Laying, installation of Power Cable of adequate size and length from LTPMCC to Valve Actuators .(each min . 4 Core 2.5 sq mm. Armoured CU) x 2 set 48 Supply , delivery, Laying, installation of additional Power Cable of adequate size and length from Substation PDB Outgoing feeder to pump house MCC Incomer.(each2 Run, 3.5 Core, 300 sq mm, XLPE, Armoured AL.) x 2 set. ( for2 nos.incomer of pump house) 49 Making end termination of all the Power Cables given in sl no 31, 32,33,34with with supplying all necessary equipments like termination kits (Dry type), lugs , glands etc , installed for the modification job. 50 Supply ,delivery, Laying, installation of armoured copper Control Cables of adequet size as required for the purpose and adequate length for completing the different control connections between Control Desk, Motor feeders , LPBS, PMCC etc.to the satisfaction of the EIC for completion of the entire scheme and smooth operation. 51 Supply ,delivery, Laying, installation of armoured copperSignal Cables of different size as requiredfor the purpose and adequate length for completing the different Signal connections to the satisfaction of the EIC for completion of the entire scheme and smooth operation. 52 Making end terminationof all the Control/ Signal Cables givenin Point No: 36, 37 with all necessary equipments like termination kits (dry type), lugs , glands etc , installed for the modification job. 53 Supply, delivery, installation at site of GI Cable tray (Ladder Type) min. 300 mm or higher size for smooth laying the cables for both RWPS and CWPS . 54 Supply, delivery, installation at site of GI Cable tray(Perforated) MIN. 300 mm or higher size for smooth laying the cables for both RWPS and CWPS . 55 Supply, delivery, installation at site of Supports and fixture required for Hanging and laying of the above cable trays for both RWPS and CWPS . 56 Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required along with earthing arrangement of three (03) nos. motors as per IE rules and specification . (for 1 no. motor at RWPS and 2 nos. motors at CWPS ) 57 Supply ,delivery ,laying of RCC Spun pipe /heavy duty PVC/HDPE Pipe of adequate dia and length in pre excavated trenchrequired for road crossing of cables at CWPS . (Excavation and mending good of damages are includedwithin scope of this item). 58 Painting and Testing, Commissioning of the whole installation including trial run for three months on load operation as per specification & direction of EIC for both RWPS & CWPS . 59 N.B :- No extra payment would be made if the length and diameter of the different sizes of cable & joints varies on the higher side to meet up the requirement of the specification and site condition. Rates must be quoted carefully. This is also applicable for all type of cable joints.Visit of actual site is advisable before quotting for the job.The rates quoted are non-exhaustive and will include the entire electrical job required to fullfill the smooth operation of the plants post modification. 60 Added:- @ 1% as labour cess
