| 3 | (B) Preparation of initial Architectural drawings (all floor plans, elevation and major sections) along with sketch P and Q as per the sanctioned plinth area andand other parameters given to suit the site as per relevant codes andin adherence to the provisions of National Building Code, IS Codes, Scales of Accommodation for Defence services-2022 and other standard architectural and engineering pratices/ norms in consultation with user and Arch section of HQ CWE/ HQ CECZ .This initial Arch drawings to got approved by the useralong with plinth area and floor area statements. The approved drawings to be submitted to this HQ for our records.The details of buildings are as follows: -Officers Md Accn for 49 officers in multistoried building with stilt parking facilities.includingEstimate for demolition of existing buildings as requiredin FAFA Nandanam (C) Preparation Detailed working of AE part - I & II of all the buildings as per plinth area rates and all services as per SSR - Part II (Rates 2020) with necessary site clearance forlevelling etc.. |

| 5 | (A) Soil Investigation Report: |
| 6 | Mobilisation of Mechanical drilling equipment / rig and shifting of entire arrangement from one bore to another bore hole location and setting of boring/drilling rig as required/directed by Engineer-in-Charge (LS) Boring 150mm dia bore hole to 15 mtr through the following type of strata for Mechanical equipment. 05 Nos (LS)Note. Depth of bore holes may be taken 15 m or N value reaches 50, whichever is earlier in any type of soil/soft disintegrated rock/hard rock for isolated / combined / raft foundation. To ensure that boulders or layers of cementeoussoil is not mistaken for bed rock, core drilling to be done to a depth of at least 1.0m in bed rock in areas where boulders are found & collection/preparation of rock samples and determination of bulk density,water absorption and compressive strength is done. However the maximum depth of bore hole is 10m in any case. Collection of undisturbed soil sample at 1.5m intervals or at any change in strata in 150mm bore thin walled tube including waxing sealing, packing and transporting to the lab. Carrying out, Standard Penetration Test (SPT) including collection of disturbed soil samples in bore holes at every 1.5m depth or any change in strata and submit the report with all requisite data.Conducting necessary test as per relevant IS codes :-1892/NBC 2005/SP36 on all collected samples which include the determination of :- (each bore hole)(a) Atterberg limits0 Liquid limit, Plastic limit, shrinkage limit(b) Wet and dry density, degree of saturation of soil.(c) Unit weight (Bulk) density). Natural Moisture content, Plasticity index, Specific gravity.(d) Grain sixe analysis, identification and classification of soil, soil particle size distribution using sieve /hydrometer analysis(e) Shear parameter (C-Ø Analysis), Tri-Axial shear test and C-Ø determination.(f)Consolidation test and permeability test.(g) Specific gravity test for sand /rock(h) Crushing strength, degree of weathering (CR value) and RQD of rock samples (j) Permeability test |
| 7 | (k) Chemical analysis of ground water sample (min 02 samples) (water to be obtained from the bottom of bore hole)(l) Free swelling index and selling pressure if expansive soil is encountered.(m) Depth of water table below Ground level (maximum and minimum)(n) Presence of loose soil if any and its depth.(o) If weak soil with lesser N value as specified in Table-I of IS 1893(Part-I):2016 is encountered then evaluation of liquefaction potential shall be assessed and remedial action to be adopted shall be specified.(p) Chemical analysis of soil and recommendation and type of cement to be used for RCC foundation.(q) Recommendation for filling under floors and filling under protection including plinth protection.Trial Pit of size 1.2m x 12.m x 2.0m at various locations as directed by Engineer-In-Charge-03 Nos (LS).(r)Further, detailed Pile or Plate load Test as per relevant IS Codes suitable for the proposed foundation shall be carried out in detail.Submission of the final soil report shall be vetted from any of the IITs / NIT/ in four sets giving site plan showing the test points, sub soil profile, results of field investigations, laboratory test, results, calculation of SBC and Comprehensive type of foundation (LS-01) |
| 8 | (B)Architectural Drawings (a). Preparation of Arch drawings and detailed tender drawings including all architectural drawings, schedule of finishes, internal electrical and water supply services suitable for issue of lump sum tender for given site, plinth area and specifications and in adherence to the provisions of National Building Code, IS Codes, Scales of Accommodation for Defence services-200 and other standard architectural and engineering pratices/ norms. The details of buildings are as follows: -Officers Md Accn for 49 officers in multistoried building with stilt parking facilities. (ApproxArea = 11397 Sqm) The area shall be increased based on initial Arch. dawings submitted by the Consultant.Note : (i) Complete scope of work is attached as Appendix-A. All deliverables mentioned in Appendix-B to be submitted within the time frame given.(ii) The consultant shall attend Tender Presentation on the date and time fixed by the dept. and do the revisions in drawings as required(iii) The consultant shall carry out modifications/ reviews, if required by the Dept. During the currency of execution of this work, which shall include consultant’s visits to this office/ site of this work, whenever required, as decided by the Department. |
